Shipping
Shipping inside the continental USA is a flat fee of $5, so it won’t cost you extra if you buy more than one item. Jewelry will be sent in a gift box inside a padded envelope by USPS. Items are usually sent on the same day or the day after the order was received unless you have asked us to alter the item for you in any way.
We also ship to other countries. Deliveries to addresses outside the USA cost a flat fee of $8. Generally deliveries to Europe take approximately 10 to 15 days. Please note that if you live outside the USA, you may have to pay additional customs charges on your purchase.
Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll offer a full refund, although shipping costs will not be reimbursed. You’ll find detailed return instructions on the invoice. Please return items within one month from the date of your invoice. If you want to purchase something as a present, we occasionally make exceptions on request.
Shipping is not cheap, so if you have any questions about a piece before you buy, please send us an e-mail and ask about colors, size, weight, materials or anything else that comes to mind. We can also send you pictures that are more detailed than those on the website.
We cannot accept returns for custom items, i.e. items that we have designed specifically for you, or items that we have shortened, lengthened or in any other way altered for you.
In the unlikely event that something breaks, we offer to repair the item for you free of charge within one year, provided you still have all the parts.

Privacy
Crowsnest Designs does not pass on its customers’ personal information to anyone for any reason. We keep all records strictly confidential.
Payments
We accept payments by means of PayPal. PayPal is a secure payment system that allows us to accept credit card payments and protects your financial information. You do not have to set up an account with PayPal to buy from us. After you have clicked the checkout button in the shopping cart, click where it says “If you do not currently have a PayPal account, click here” and you will be taken to a secure page where you can enter your details without setting up an account. You will receive payment confirmation from PayPal by e-mail and an order confirmation from us.
