I was looking at an item a couple of minutes ago, and now I can no longer find it!
This website is a bit different than your average commercial website, because everything is unique. We only have one of each item, so if somebody adds it to their shopping cart, it becomes unavailable to other shoppers. The shopping carts time out after 1 hour, so if you check back later, the item you were looking for may have become available again, if the shopper who added it to his cart, didn’t go ahead and purchase it.
Why can’t I add more than one of each item to my cart?
The items we offer are all unique, so if you need more than one of an item, please send us an e-mail and ask if we can make more. See also “Custom”.
I’d like to buy a bracelet, but I’m not sure if the size will fit.
Each item offered has been measured carefully, and the item you see on a photograph is the one you will get. If you need an item to be longer or shorter, send us an e-mail, and we will let you know if it is possible to extend or shorten an item and how much it would cost (usually around $10).
